I was able to get in 4 miles today in 46 minutes! I’m starting to feel stronger every day. Feeling good now with some Shakeology in my tummy 🙂

I’m working on trying to get my 3mile time down for Thanksgiving day! I have a crazy tradition of running 3 miles the morning of Thanksgiving..wish me luck!!

Really?! After your first you are going to be hooked! No lie! There is such an awesome adrenaline rush and once you cross the finish line you are already trying to figure out when your next one is!
I honestly am looking forward to it! I love feeling accomplished. There’s no better high than that 🙂
