Insanity

Alright, it’s been a few days since I last posted but I’ve been super busy with work and life in general that I’m definitely in need of some relaxation time.

So yesterday, Monday December 2nd, I started my first day of Insanity. It was only the fit test and man oh man can I feel it today. I can definitely tell this is going to push me to my limits and beyond, but I’m ready for a challenge and a life changing routine.

With Insanity I have to eat a crap load of food, which is going to be difficult for me to even eat all of it. 5 meals a day can be pretty difficult to conquer.

My breakfast, which is a high-protein whole-grain ceral, flax seeds, a banana and milk. I usually use unsweetened almond milk but I forgot to bring it with me today.

Who doesn’t love cottage cheese? Nom nom nom!

And my first time last night I made chicken meatballs with whole grain noodles and marinara sauce. Soooooo good and so healthy.

I’m excited that I can eat the foods I really enjoy and not feel like I’m totally lacking something. Heck, I’m human and I still crave the bad foods but I tell myself all this hard work will be worth it once I reach my goals.

Hope everyone has a fantastic Tuesday!

Happy Thanksgiving!

I hope everyone has a happy and safe Thanksgiving, whether you’re traveling or staying home!

Today marks the 30th and final day of my challenge through my Beachbody coach…

I lost 16 pounds and 13 inches!!

Yes I worked my ass off to achieve that and I am so proud of myself, I am human and cheated a few times on the meal plan but I didn’t let that slow me down.

Heck, I even got 4 miles in today at the gym and set a new time record of 44:30!

Next week Monday I start an Insanity challenge group! I’m ready for this new challenge and I am looking forward for more results 🙂

Sending love to everyone today!

Drumroll Please…

Today marks the day that I am down 30 POUNDS from my highest weight!

I am super excited to continue this journey and keep the progress coming. Hard work really does pay off and the majority of this weight I have gotten off of me in less than 3 months.

All it takes is a lifestyle change and some motivation to make your life better. I couldn’t be more happy than I am right now at this time in my life.

Have a wonderful Wednesday 🙂

Don’t think you could lose weight? Use this as motivation! If I can do it, so can you!

I have a long way to go to reach my goals but seeing the difference makes me want to push myself farther!

It’s Official!

I am now a Team Beachbody Coach!

I’m super excited to start my journey as a coach and extend my support to those who are struggling with weight issues like I am. I’m ready to put more into my health and this is the perfect way to do it!

Happy Monday! 🙂
